Being an independent sailmaker means that our survival relys on satisfying you, the customer. Most of our business comes from word of mouth or repeat customers so every time we make a sail we endeavour to produce a superior sail with the best back-up service.

Generally we build into our costing an initial visit to your yacht to check the dimensional measurements, rig type and tension, and to assess any special needs. We make an allowance for post production, on water assessment of the sails. This can often be of great assistance to our customers as there is no person better than the sailmaker to provide guidance on the best way to set up the sail for optimum performance.

During the life of a sail there can be small repairs and re-cutting required. At Yacht Sails we specialize in ensuring our customers have the best of ongoing service. No job is too small for you to get the same personal service that we supply with all our work.
